1. Terms, Conditions, & Membership/Subscription Terms

General Use

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or state of residence. You may not use our platform or payment services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Memberships, Subscriptions, and Contributions

• Fulfillment: The Regina Rams Alumni association offers alumni memberships, support pledges, sponsorships, and donation tiers.
• Billing: All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Square. By submitting your payment details, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your Visa, Mastercard, or other accepted payment card
• No Recurring Automatic Renewals (Unless Specified): Unless explicitly selected by the user at checkout as a recurring monthly or annual pledge/subscription, all memberships and donations are processed as one-time transactions. If a recurring subscription option is chosen, you can cancel it at any time by contacting us directly at least 5 business days prior to your next scheduled billing date.

Refund and Return Policy

• Donations and Sponsorships: All direct donations, voluntary pledges, and event sponsorships are final and non-refundable.
• Memberships and Event Tickets: Membership fees and event registration tickets are generally non-refundable due to immediate allocation toward alumni programs, student-athlete scholarships, and event overhead. However, if an event is cancelled entirely by the Regina Rams Alumni, a full refund will be automatically issued to the original card used for the transaction via Square.
• Dispute & Processing Window: In exceptional circumstances where a processing error occurs (such as an accidental double-charge), please contact us immediately. Validated errors will be refunded back to the original Visa or payment card within 7–14 business days, in compliance with standard Square and card network processing timelines.

2. Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

No Physical Goods Shipped:The Regina Rams Alumni website (https://ramsalumni.com) does not currently sell, stock, or deliver any physical merchandise or tangible goods that require shipping.

• Digital & Service Fulfillment: All transactions conducted on this website consist of digital confirmations, alumni membership updates, donations, event registrations, or sponsorships.
• Fulfillment Delivery Method: Upon a successful transaction via Square, an electronic receipt and confirmation email will be issued instantly to the email address provided at checkout. This digital receipt serves as your immediate proof of purchase and active status. No physical items, tickets, or packets will be shipped to your billing or delivery address.

3. Consumer Data Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our alumni, donors, and site visitors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your consumer data.
